A personalized service plan will be developed, valuing each resident, including past experiences as well as current individual needs and preferences in a place a resident can call home. Our compassionate, caring staff receive specific training in serving residents with Alzheimer’s disease and cognitive impairments. We provide specialized activities that provide individually designed and appropriate activities to support cognitive level and enhanced daily living. We provide health care and supportive care services like medication administration under the supervision of an RN. Our memory care residents receive assistance with activities of daily living like dining, dressing, grooming, and bathing. We provide ongoing evaluation of each resident to address changes in their personalized service plan to promptly identify declines in condition with early collaboration with medical professionals. We provide comprehensive wellness programs designed to stimulate the mind, body, and spirit appropriate to the cognitive level of the resident. Scheduled transportation to medical appointments is included.

With LifeLoop we can identify changes in the condition, communicate with multiple family members, and better understand how we can meet the individual needs of everyone.
